Description
This is a brief description on attempts to alleviate the hardship encountered in searching out the relevant current legislation enacted by the Federal Government of Nigeria. It Is not enough that gazettes are published; there should be an Index to the laws in these gazettes, especially as the amount of legislation during the periods of military rule, which have dominated Nigerian politics,has been high as compared with periods of civilian rule .This work, not only seeks to provide a convenient reference source for users of the laws of the Federation by providing the main entries, the subject index and the key word index; but also goes further to Include explanatory notes to the legislation which at a glance gives the Intent of the legislation, thereby enabling a user to decide on its relevance or otherwise.
