The Presidency is the apex executive institution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, headed by the President who serves as both Head of State and Head of Government. It is the seat of executive authority under the 1999 Constitution (as amended), responsible for setting national policy direction, coordinating all federal ministries, departments, and agencies, and overseeing the implementation of government programmes. The Office is domiciled at the State House, Aso Rock Villa, Abuja.
