The book described the importance of Education as integral to the Economic, Social, and Human Capital development of any nation, The keen interest is in promoting Institutional effectiveness and learning outcomes informed the development of Education for Change: A Ministerial Strategic Plan (MSP) which has been the Road Map used by the education sector to address gaps in the system from its inception in 2018.
The 2021 Annual Report on the MSP provides an opportunity for the public to be acquainted with the activities, programmes and progress made by the harmonious coordination of the roles and functions of Departments, Parastatals, and Agencies in the education sector within the period under review and with respect to the commitment to deliver on the 10 pillars of the MSP.
