The Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority (NSIA) is Nigeria's sovereign wealth fund manager, established by the NSIA Act 2011 to receive, manage, and invest savings from Nigeria's excess crude oil revenues for the long-term benefit of present and future generations. The NSIA operates three distinct funds: the Stabilisation Fund (for macroeconomic stability), the Future Generations Fund (long-term savings), and the Nigeria Infrastructure Fund (to co-invest in critical domestic infrastructure). It operates according to international best practices and the Santiago Principles for sovereign wealth funds.
