The Revenue Mobilisation Allocation and Fiscal Commission (RMAFC) is a constitutional body established under the Third Schedule of the 1999 Constitution to monitor the accruals to and disbursements from the Federation Account. The Commission is responsible for reviewing and recommending the revenue allocation formula for the sharing of federally collected revenues among the federal, state, and local governments. It also reviews the remuneration packages of political office holders and public servants as specified in law.
