Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission (ICRC)

The Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission (ICRC) is the federal regulatory body responsible for overseeing Public-Private Partnership (PPP) arrangements in Nigeria. Established by the ICRC Act 2005, the Commission ensures that concession agreements and PPP contracts entered into by the federal government are properly structured, transparent, and compliant with international best practices. It also builds the capacity of government agencies to manage PPP transactions and serves as the custodian of the national PPP policy framework.
