This study assessed the influence of the performance management system on teachers’ efficiency in secondary schools in Enugu State. The study adopted a descriptive survey research design. Two research questions and two research hypotheses were formulated to guide the study. A questionnaire with 20 items titled Teachers Performance Management System Instrument (TPMSI) was constructed to gather information from secondary school teachers
