Abstract
The National librarian's speech at the Universal Basic Education Commission (UBEC) on the 18th of May, 2022.
Description
A campaign towards building reading habit in the young ones outside the classroom to seek the support of universal basic education commission to join in the quest to catch them young, in imbibing the habit of reading.
Schools are to introduce a reading hour to enable the pupils develop a habit of reading as a hobby, rather than as a task which must be done away with, immediately the exams are over.
