Description
This volume is a partial attempt to complete my memoir entitled Up And On: A Nigerian Teachers Odyssey which was published in 1990 and which covered most of my earlier life till I retired as a university' teacher in 1979. One of the major reasons for writing this book is to narrate my experience as a Federal Minister of Education, highlighting my successes, partial successes, failures and partial failures. It is hoped that this will provide an insight into the running of Government agencies with lessons to be learnt from my modest achievements and my mistakes.
