dc.description | A manpower survey was carried out in 1968 by the National Manpower Board in collaboration with the Federal and State Departments of Statistics. The purpose of the survey was: (1) To identify manpower shortages and surpluses in various occupational grades in both the private and the public sectors. (2) To obtain a quantitative basis for assessing the capacity utilization in educational institutions and training facilities in governmental and nongovernmental sectors. The book is divided into three sections. Section one contains the preliminaries; section two contains information on vacancies and enrollment reports. The report covers different private and public sectors across the educational and training institutes in the Western states. Section three contains information on appendixes. | |
