A law to authorise the issue out of the consolidated revenue fund of the government of Delta state of the sum of two hundred and thirty five billion, five hundred and eight million, three hundred and forty thousand, one hundred and one naira as recurrent expenditure and the sum of three hundred and thirty six billion, one hundred and twenty eight million, five hundred and seventy thousand, eight hundred and ninety naira as capital expenditure for the services of the year ending on the thirty-first day of December, 2023 and to appropriate same for the purposes specified in this law.
