The Federal Ministry of Art, Culture, Tourism and the Creative Economy (FMACTCE) publicly launched "D30," an open national data platform designed to serve as the evidence-based foundation for Nigeria’s creative economy and tourism sector. The platform houses the Ministry's comprehensive national mapping, state-by-state infrastructure audits, intervention registries, classification records for films, profiles of creative professionals, and cataloged tourism sites. Tailored for investors, state governments, operators, and creators, D30 aims to enable data-driven decision-making, direct capital to underserved regions, and facilitate progress toward generating $100 billion in revenue and creating 3 million jobs by 2030 in alignment with the Presidential $1 trillion national economic growth target.
