This post announces and summarizes the international launch of the art and photography exhibition titled Stories of a Broken Water Cycle, which opened on October 8 at UN City in Copenhagen. Hosted by the UNFPA Nordic Representation Office and developed by Lokoja Dialogues in collaboration with Nigeria's Federal Ministry of Budget and Economic Planning, the multi-week exhibition features community-led Nigerian artworks and northern state photography. The event gathered international policymakers, development partners, and Nigerian representatives—including the Honourable Minister of Art, Culture, Tourism and the Creative Economy, Hannatu Musa Musawa—to foster dialogues on water security, climate resilience, and inclusive community development.
