Code of Conduct Tribunal

The Code of Conduct Tribunal is a constitutional body established under the Fifth Schedule to the 1999 Constitution of Nigeria to hear and determine cases of contravention of the Code of Conduct for Public Officers referred to it by the Code of Conduct Bureau. The Tribunal has the power to impose sanctions on erring public officers including vacation of office, disqualification from holding public office, and forfeiture of assets acquired in breach of the Code of Conduct.
