Court of Appeal of Nigeria

The Court of Appeal of Nigeria is the intermediate appellate court established under Section 237 of the 1999 Constitution, sitting between the Federal High Court and the Supreme Court. It hears appeals from the Federal High Court, the High Courts of the states and the FCT, the National Industrial Court, the Sharia Courts of Appeal, the Customary Courts of Appeal, and various tribunals. The Court of Appeal sits in Abuja and in multiple divisions across Nigeria's geopolitical zones.
