National Social Investment Programme Agency (NSIPA)

The National Social Investment Programme Agency (NSIPA) is the federal agency responsible for implementing Nigeria's National Social Investment Programmes. It oversees key poverty alleviation initiatives including the Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT) programme for the poorest and most vulnerable Nigerians, the National Home-Grown School Feeding Programme, and youth employment schemes. NSIPA maintains the National Social Register of Poor and Vulnerable Households, which serves as the primary targeting tool for social protection interventions across Nigeria.
