Independent Corrupt Practices & Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC)

The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) is a federal law enforcement and anti-corruption agency established by the Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Act 2000. The Commission investigates and prosecutes public officials and private individuals involved in corrupt practices, enforces compliance with anti-corruption laws, and carries out public education programmes to promote integrity and transparency in Nigerian society. ICPC has a particular focus on corruption in the public sector and institutions.
