Bureau of Public Service Reforms (BPSR)

The Bureau of Public Service Reforms (BPSR) is the federal agency responsible for conceptualising, articulating, and coordinating the implementation of public service reform programmes in Nigeria. It works to improve the efficiency, accountability, and service delivery capacity of federal government institutions. The Bureau supports the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation in driving systematic improvements in governance, processes, and policy implementation across the public service.
