Code of Conduct Bureau (CCB)

The Code of Conduct Bureau (CCB) is a constitutional body established under the Third Schedule of the 1999 Constitution of Nigeria to receive and examine asset declarations by public officers, ensure compliance with the Code of Conduct for Public Officers, and investigate alleged contraventions. The Bureau works alongside the Code of Conduct Tribunal to enforce accountability and transparency in the conduct of persons in public office, promoting the principle that public office is a public trust.
