The Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (OHCSF) is responsible for the management, administration, and development of Nigeria's federal civil service. It sets human resource policy for the federal public service, oversees training and capacity development of civil servants, coordinates performance management, and ensures compliance with civil service rules and regulations. The office supervises institutions responsible for training federal public servants at various levels.
