dc.description | Female sexuality has been traced to have serious implication on workplace collegiality especially in deposit money banks in Nigeria. Female sexuality, which is expressed through appearance, verbal and non-verbal communications and interpersonal behaviors like flirting, engaging in sexual conversations, or sexual relationship have seen to have been as a result of female attractors like waste-hip ratio in females. This study was aimed at finding out if sexually-appealing female bank employees have undue preference above their colleagues who do not possess such and specifically to ascertain if sexual appeals affect workplace deviance and collegiality due to resentment of female workers who do not see themselves as the preferred ones. | |
