Technical education has many diverged definitions as it has many scholars' different views. However, technical education can be described as scientific application of knowledge and acquisition of practical skills, attitude, understanding and knowledge relating to occupations in various sectors of economies and social life for the production of goods and services for human consumption and self-reliance.( FRN, 2004, 2009., UNESCO, 2013).
