Today, we gather under the theme "One Resilient Common Future: Transforming Our Common wealth" to celebrate the shared values and diversity that unite us as members of the Commonwealth family. It is a privilege to have students, government officials, and teachers among us, representing the various facets of our society committed to progress and cooperation.
