This is a brief description of The NDIC Quarterly Publication of the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation about the banking sector which recorded a number of developments during the period under review. Some of these developments were fall-out of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Monetary Policy Committee meetings, while others were as a result of local and international economic developments that had directly or indirectly impacted on the economy and the banking sector.
