Mobile money, as it is often referred to globally, is simply a regulated payment service that can be performed via any mobile device such that, even without a bank account, users can have access to their money anywhere and at any time. The advent of mobile money has been applauded to have brought with it a lot of benefits in terms of facilitating transactions and motivating financial inclusion.
